Bepanthen

Epithelial restorative and regenerative agent indicated in the prevention and treatment of chafed, irritated, cracked or mildly burned skin, as well as in the prevention and treatment of diaper rash. Bepanthen exerts a double action by protecting the infant's skin against scraping and chafing while stimulating skin cell regeneration and speeding up the natural healing process. By using Bepanthen after each diaper change, a protective layer is deposited on the infant's skin that protects it against irritants that cause chafing. Bepanthen does not contain dyes, fragrances or preservatives. Bepanthen is also indicated in the treatment of breast-feeding irritation and nipple fissures, as well as in the healing of abrasions, fissures, dry, chapped skin and other cutaneous conditions. Bepanthen can even be used as a protective agent on nipple skin while breastfeeding. It is also useful in the dressing and protection of skin transplants (grafts).,Administration: topical.
