Barmicil Compuesto

This product is indicated in the relief of the inflammatory manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses complicated by secondary infections caused by organisms sensitive to the components of this dermatological preparation or when the likelihood of such infection is suspected. Barmicil Compositum cream combines the sustained anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and vasoconstricting effects of betamethasone dipropionate with the wide-spectrum antimycotic action of clotrimazole and the antibiotic activity of gentamicin. Clotrimazole seems to act on the fungal cell wall by altering its permeability and causing loss of cell contents and gentamicin provides a highly effective topical treatment of primary and secondary bacterial skin infections.,Administration: topical.
